Products & Orders

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse orders if necessary. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our Site.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia using Australia Post. Please allow 1-3 days for us to pack your order, and then 5-10 days for it to be delivered (depending on your location in Australia). Note that once your order has been posted, you will receive a notification that your order is ‘Fulfilled’ and a corresponding Tracking number. If you have not received your order within 14 business days please email theadventuresmithshop@gmail.com to follow up. (Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.)
  • If your parcel is Returned to Sender or not collected from a Parcel Locker, you will need to pay shipping for us to resend.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
