Welcome to Adventure Smiths Shop (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website adventuresmiths.shop (“Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with the following terms and policies. Effective Date: 1 June 2025

 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia using Australia Post. Please allow 1-3 days for us to pack your order, and then 5-10 days for it to be delivered (depending on your location in Australia).

Note that once your order has been posted, you will receive a notification that your order is ‘Fulfilled’ and a corresponding Tracking number. If you have not received your order within 14 business days please email theadventuresmithshop@gmail.com to follow up. 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Parcels not Collected

If your parcel is Returned to Sender or not collected from a Parcel Locker, you will need to pay shipping for us to resend.
