Change of Mind / Exchanges
If your product is not what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at theadventuresmithshop@gmail.com.
- Exchanges are only available if the item is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographs.
- We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) once the faulty item has been returned to us.
- We will reimburse return postage costs upon receipt of the faulty product.
Order Errors
If you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately at theadventuresmithshop@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct the issue before your order is processed.
